片梭织机扭轴的可靠性设计

摘要 采用 AFOSM法讨论了片梭织机扭轴的可靠性 .将材料强度的对数正态分布当量近似为正态分布计算 .计算结果表明 ,扭轴用高强度钢 45Cr Ni Mo VA后 ,可靠度还比较低而不尽如意 .文中提出了开发新型片梭织机的几点建议可供有关人员参考 . The advanced FOSM method is to described for the reliability of torsion bar in the gripper projectile loom.The lognormal distribution of strength are convertibled into equivalent normal distribution .Using the 45 CrNiMoVA steel couldnt expect the reliability to turn out as you wish.Some proposals could contribute to exploit the new gripper projectile loom.
