摘要
为调查北海营盘新马氏珠母贝养殖区养殖容量,为养殖规划提供理论依据。通过对海区叶绿素α、初级生产力、生态效率、浮游植物有机碳含量、马氏珠母贝有机碳含量、滤水效率及其含壳重与鲜组织重比值等的调查和检测,应用ParsonsTR和Takahashi M营养动态模型、Tait沿岸能流模型计算贝类生产量,扣除野生滤食性动物现存量来计算贝类养殖容量,并通过食物限制性指标法进行检验。结果是北海营盘新马氏珠母贝养殖区的百亩马氏珠母贝养殖容量(含壳重)为16.41t,两种模型计算结果一致,对模型结果进行食物限制性指标分析,该养殖容量不会对生态系统构成显著性压力。营养动态模型和沿岸能流模型适合作为养殖容量的计算方法,进行北海营盘新马氏珠母贝养殖区养殖规划时可以16.41t/百亩作为规划依据。
In order to investigate aquaculture capacity of Beihai Yingpan new Pinctada martensii culture area, provide theoretical basis for breeding program. [Method] Based on the theory of nutrilonal dynamics in marine ecological system, the investigation and research was carried out on chlorophyll α, primary production, ecology efficiency, organic carbon content in plankton and Pinctada martensii, and the weight ratio of whole shellfish and flesh tissue, the filtering ratio of the shellfish, in Beihai Yingpan new pearl-cultured areas. Nutrition motive model and coastal energy flowing model were used to estimate the carrying capacity of shellfish, and inspected by the methods of food limited indexes. The capacity (with shell weight)was 16.41t per one hundred Mu, Two kinds of models calculate similar results. Analyzed by the methods of food limited indexes to Yingpan pearl-cultured area, the number of breeding under carrying capacity wouldn' t constitute a significant pressure to ecosystem. Beihai Ying new Pinctada martensii culture area aquaculture planning can be 16.41t per one hundred Mu as planning basis, and that is suitable to do as a reference of carrying capacity.
