摘要
教务管理是学校管理工作的重要组成部分,具有管理层次中间化、对象多样化、内容复杂化、管理信息多元化及管理范围全面的特点。文章针对高职院校教务管理的特点分析其教务管理工作创新的原则与思路,在此基础上提出了教务工作管理创新的途径。
