摘要
以猴头菌、中草药及食用酒精为原料 ,对各种原料进行预处理 ,然后运用正交试验确定猴头补酒的最佳工艺参数 。
A hericium erinaceus liquor with curative effect, nutrition and health function was prepared by using the hericium erinaceus, Chinese traditional medicine and edible alcohol as the material. The optimum process parameters were obtaines in the orthogonal experiments, through a series of material treatment.
