摘要
用余甘子的甲醇萃取物对大豆色拉油进行了抗氧化试验研究。结果表明 ,其抗氧化效果优于VE、BHA、BHT。
s of the emblic are used to test the antioxidation of soybean salad oil and the result shows that its antioxidation is better than traditional antioxidants, such as V E, BHA, BHT and TBHQ.
