摘要
通过对目前我国商业秘密及其法律保护的初步认识,对商业秘密的提出与发展进行了简要分析,对侵犯商业秘密主体与行为进行了罗列,从而提出了目前加强我国商业秘密法律保护的必要性,并对加快我国商业秘密保护立法提出了建设性的意见。
