中小企业的发展为国民经济的发展提供了强劲的推动力。如何促进我国中小企业的发展是当前经济管理理论研究方面的一个重大课题。作者借鉴西方组织行为学的研究成果和中小企业发展的经验 ,根据我国中小企业的实际状况 ,对于引导中小企业走协同发展之路的问题进行了一些研究 。

The development of middle and little enterprises powerfully pushes the development of national economy. How to promote the development of middle and little enterprises is now a great problem for study or discussion in the theory of economy and management. The author used for reference “Organizational Behavior' and drew the experience in the development of middle and little enterprises in the western world. And then on the basis of actual situation about middle and little enterprise in China, the author made some research on the problem of guiding middle and little enterprises to cooperation.
