摘要 发动机进气系统的气体流动特性复杂,影响发动机的充气效率和换气损失,对发动机的动力性和经济性有重要影响,准确地模拟进气过程能为进气道的设计优化提供依据。文章以STAR-CD/CCM+作为三维数值模拟软件,对6mm进气升程下的LJ377MV发动机的进气道-缸内的流场特性进行三维数值模拟,通过数值模拟可以比较准确而直观地了解进气道和缸内流场,为进气道结构的优化、评价、再设计以及与燃烧室的匹配提供了方法和依据。结果表明,数值模拟很好地表达了进气过程中缸内气体流动的特性,可信度较高。 The gas flow characteristics of the engine intake system is very complex,which affects engine volumetric efficiency and ventilation losses and it also has a major impact on engine power and economy.Simulating the intake process accurately can provide the basis for optimizing the intake design.In the paper,3D numerical simulation is performed on the steady flow field of the port-cylinder system to study the flow characteristics at 6 mm valve lift by STAR-CD/CCM+.The flow field in the intake port and cylinder can be obtained accurately by simulation,which can be used to guide the intake port design and optimization.Numerical simulation results show that the simulation has a good expression of the air flow characteristics in cylinder.
