摘要
系统研究了风险投资机构财务预警系统具备的预知被投资企业财务危机的征兆、预防财务危机发生或控制其进一步扩大、避免类似的财务危机再次发生等职能 ,分析了风险投资机构财务预警系统的构建以及应用中应注意的问题 .
The article studies systematically the necessitated function and construction and the points that should be paid attention to in financial forewarn system of risk investment body.
