摘要
通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击及硬度试验和经济性对比 ,对Cr5Mo工艺管线两种不同的焊接工艺进行了评析 .结果表明 :在室温和 50 0℃高温下 ,焊接工艺 2 (采用R50 7焊接 )的焊接质量优于焊接工艺 1(采用A30 7焊接 ) ;在有现场热处理条件及大规模的施工中尽可能采用焊接工艺 2 ,在无现场热处理条件、现场设备的抢修及无法热处理的部位可采用焊接工艺1.
By tensile testing,winding testing,shock testing,hardness testing and economic analysis,two different welding technology of Cr5Mo pipeline is assessed.The results show that the quality of welding technology two using R507 electrode is better than welding technology one using A307 electrode;welding technology two is adopted in heat treatment condition and construction of wide scope;welding technology one is adopted in no heat treatment condition,urgent repair on equipment on the spot and the part that can't be used heat treatment.
