主观综合营养评估在腹膜透析患者营养状况评价中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解腹膜透析患者的营养状况及营养不良的发生率和原因,为疾病的预防和治疗提出建议,提高患者生存率、生存质量,降低并发症。方法对48例肾内科住院或门诊随访的腹膜透析患者运用主观综合营养评价方法(SGA)进行营养状况评价。结果被调查的腹膜透析患者普遍存在营养不良现象。结论针对腹膜透析患者出现营养不良的问题,制定合理的方案,减少各种并发症的发生,可提高患者生存质量和生存率。
