省外新建煤矿人力资源档案管理的探索

Probe into Archival Management of Human Resources in New Collieries out of Province

鲁新煤矿按照《中华人民共和国档案法》及《干部档案工作条例》等法律、法规的有关规定要求,结合矿井实际,对人力资源档案管理存在的问题进行了梳理,进行了有益的探索,取得了良好的效果。

According to the relevant laws,regulations of ＂the Archives Law of the People＇s Republic of China＂ and ＂Cadre Archives Regulations on the Work＂,combined with the actual situation,the existing problems of human resources archival management has been combed and explored in Luxin Colliery,which achieved good results.
