研究了谷氨酸菌体中核酸提取的工艺条件 ,获得了较好效果 .在 12 0℃ ,pH 9,菌体质量浓度 10 g/dL的条件下 ,提取 2h ,蛋白质的分离率为 90 % ,核酸的提取率高达 90 %以上 .

A novel method of extracting nucleic acids from glutamic acid producing microbes was reported in this paper .The optimum extracting conditions were as follows: 120 ℃, 2 hours, pH 9.0, and 10 g/dL for the concentration of microbial cells. Under this condition ,the nucleic acids were recovered over 90% and more than 90% protein was removed.
