摘要
对旋流法含油污水除油进行了研究 ,探讨多种结构参数 (溢流口径、进料口径和尾管长度 )、操作参数 (分流比和入口流量 )、物性参数 (进料浓度 )对液液分离性能的影响 .结果表明 ,选择合适的结构参数和操作参数 ,旋流分离器的分离效率 (即去油率 )可达 99%以上 ,这为开发其在油水分离方面的应用提供了依据 .
Tests have been conducted for oil/water separation using hydrocyclones. The effects of geometric, operating and feed parameters on oil/water separation efficiency have been researched respectively through single factor experiments by varying overflow diameters,inlet diameters, tail tubelengthes, inlet flowrate and feed concentration. Results show that over 99% de oiling efficiency can be reached by selecting proper geometric and operating parameters. The results can be used as a guide for the application of hydrocyclones in the field of oil/water treatment.
