再生障碍性贫血患者T细胞亚群与抑制细胞的活性

RESEARCH FOR T-LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS AND SUPPRESSOR CELL ACTIVITY OF APLASTIC ANEMIA

以抗生物素蛋白-生物素-过氧化酶复合物检测18例再生障碍性贫血(再障)患者外周血T细胞亚群,其中10例同时检测抑制细胞活性。结果表明:再障患者CD_4^+细胞百分率降低,CD_8^+细胞百分率明显增高,CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值明显下降。7/10例STs,显示抑制率低于正常范围,CD_8^+细胞增高,STs示功能下降,两者呈直线负相关系。提示再障的发病机制可能与细胞毒性T细胞作用有关。

T-lymphocyte subsets were detected with avidin biotin complex (ABC) method in is cases of aplastic anemia and suppressor cell activity was detected in 10 patients at the same time. The results indicated that the CD/ T cell subsets was decreased, the CD8+ T cell subsets was increased, the CD4+/CD8+ ratio was markedly decreased. In 7/10 cases, the suppressor cell activity was lower than normal controls. It suggests that the etiopathology of aplastic anemia may have a relationship with immunodysfunction of T lymphocyte subsets.
