摘要
论述了国际上新提出的不确定度概念和它的数学处理方法 ,以及与误差概念的区别 ,并说明了为什么要用不确定度的概念取代过去长期使用的误差概念来对测量结果的质量作出评定 .
In this paper, the uncertainty of measurement and its mathematical method, which are newly presented internationally, were briefly interpreted. The differences between uncertainty of measurement and error of measurement were clarified. And the causes why we substitute the uncertainty of measurement for error were explained.
