摘要
在简要分析配电网现有单相接地故障选线方法的优缺点基础上,提出了一种新的选线方法。先利用配电网单相接地故障数据,根据故障前后线路电流电压变化量之间的关系来计算各馈线对地电容,在此基础上估算每条出线故障相的过渡电阻,最后通过比较过渡电阻进行选线。该选线方法不受中性点接地方式、过渡电阻和故障位置的影响,通过仿真分析验证了该方法的有效性。
A new method to detect fault feeder in distribution network is proposed based on analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the existing methods. The grounding capacitance is calculated with the single-phase grounding fault data, according to the relationship between the change of the current and voltage of the line before and after fault. Then the fault feeder is detected through the comparison between the transition resistances calculated on the basis of the capacitance. This method is immune to the neutral grounding mode, transition resistance and fault position, and is proved effective through the simulation.
