摘要
受技术条件限制,传统备用电源自动投入装置一直是分开实现和运行的,这增加了变电站运行的复杂性,降低了供电的安全可靠性。充分利用IEC61850标准的特点,利用基于IEEE1588对时的采样同步数据,采SV网、GOOSE网、IEEE1588对时网和MMS网共网传输的网络架构,利用虚端子的概念来完成系统配置,在一台装置内集中站内所需要的各类型备自投,并且全新的提出了负荷匹配后进行备用电源投入的逻辑实现模式。所研发装置已在现场试运行,证明了方案的有效性和可行性。
Constrainted by technical condition, the traditional BZT device has been operating and realized in a separated way which increases the complexity of substation operation and reduces the safety and reliability of power supply. This paper takes full advantage of the characteristics of IEC61850 standard, uses sampling data based on IEEE 1588 synchronization time, adopts a kind of network architecture on which SV network, GOOSE network, IEEE1588 synchronization time network and MMS network" operate together, uses the concept of virtual terminals to complete the system configuration, centralizes all the BZT device needed in a substation to a single'device, and puts forward a logic implementation mode that inputs BZT device after load matching. The device has been operating in field, proving the effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme.
