本文提出了南海诸岛海域渔业发展在南海渔业资源可持续利用和中国南海海洋权益维护中的重要性,初步阐述了南海诸岛海域渔业开发现状,分析了制约该渔业发展的主要因素,并提出开发南海诸岛海域渔业资源的对策和建议。

This paper elaborated the significances of fishery development in South China Sea islands for sustainable utilization of fisheries and safeguard of Chinese maritime rights and interests in South China Sea. This paper also summarized the exploitation state of fisheries in South China Sea islands, analyzed the factors affecting sustainable utilization, and proposed strategies and suggestions to solve the existing problems.
