Use Glucose isomers enzyme in the Stalks ferment

利用葡萄糖异构酶对秸秆水解液中的D -木糖进行异构化研究。试验结果表明 ,在80℃ ,pH9 0 ,酶与底物的质量比为 1∶1 2 5,加入Mg2 +的浓度为 0 1 5mol/L ,Co2 +的浓度为0 0 1mol/L ,反应时间为 4 8h条件下 ,可使木糖异构率达 58%以上。

Research how to turn the D-xylose in the stalke ferment by the enzyme of Glucose isomerism.The cxperimental results show that the temperature is 80℃,pH9.0,the enzyme and D-xylose tatiois 1∶125,The solution have 0.15 mol/L,Mg 2+ and 0 01mol/LCo 2+ .the whose coup of the reaction costs 48h,the ratio of isomerization is over 58%.
