鼻咽癌前病变间质血管形态学观察——用FⅧR:Ag作血管标记物及图像分析仪的计量分析法

A MORPHOLOGICAL STUDY ON MICROVASCULATURE IN STROMA OF NASOPHARYNGEAL PRECANCEROUS LESION: BY USING FHR:Ag AS AN ENDOTHELIAL MARKER AND IMAGE ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR QUANTITATION

应用免疫组化ABC法,以第八因子相关抗原(factor Ⅷ related antigen,FⅧR:Ag)作为血管特异标记物显示血管,通过光镜和自动图象分析仪定量法,对24例鼻咽癌前病变间质血管作了形态学观察。结果表明:大多数癌前病例具有与癌间质血管类似的异常增生性改变;认为这些异常增生的血管与癌变发生有关。

Twenty-four specimens of nasopharyngeal precancerous lesion were studied on the mi-crovasculature in stroma by using microscope and image analysis technique for quantitat-ion. FⅧR : Ag was used as a marker of vascular endothelium to show the blood vessels by immunohistochemistry. The microscopical and quantitative results showed that most cases possess abnormal hyperplastic features similar to the neovascularization in stroma of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. These findings may suggest that the abnormal hyperplastic vessels may be a prerequisite related to the carcinous transformation of nasopharyngeal epithelium.
