PPH联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂90例疗效观察

PPH Combined with Xiaozhiling Injection for Internal Rectal Mucosa Prolapse：Clinical Efficacy Observation of 90 Cases

为探讨PPH联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的临床疗效，回顾性分析90例直肠黏膜内脱垂患者采用PPH联合消痔灵注射治疗的临床资料。结果显示，90例中，治愈64例，有效26例，治愈率71．1％，有效率100％，无创口大出血、肛门失禁、肛周感染、肛门狭窄、吻合口感染及肠穿孔等并发症。结果表明，PPH联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂具有住院治疗时间短，手术简单、安全、有效，患者痛苦小、并发症少等优点。

To observe the clinical efficacy of PPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection in treating internal rectal mucosa prolapse,a retrospective study was carried out on the data of 90 cases. The results showed that of 90 eases,64 got cured,26 with effect,the curative rate was 71.1% and the effective rate was 100%. No wound massive bleeding, fecal incontinence, perianal infection, anal stenosis, anastomotie stoma infection and intestinal perforation and other complications occurred. It is concluded that PPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection owns the merits of short hospital stay, simple manipulation, safety, effectiveness, less pain and fewer complications.
