拜新同缓解混合痔术后疼痛的效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Nifedipine on Relieving Postoperative Pain in Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients

为观察拜新同一次性直肠给药对缓解混合痔术后疼痛的有效性和安全性，将混合痔术后患者60例随机分为两组各30例，观察组用拜新同纳肛，对照组用安慰剂维生素C纳肛。记录两组镇痛效果。结果显示，观察组镇痛效果优于对照组（P〈0．05），拜新同镇痛作用明显。结果表明，拜新同一次性直肠给药术后镇痛效果确切，副作用少。

This study was observe the clinical efficacy and safety of administration of nifedipine via rectum on relieving postoperative pain in mixed hemorrhoids patients. Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group,30 cases for each. Nifedipine was administered to the observation group rectally,while vitamin C,as placebo,to the controls. The analgesic effect was recorded in both groups. The results showed that observation group was superior to the controls in analgesic effect （ P 0.05） ,and nifedipine had a potent action. It is concluded that one-off rectal administration of nifedipine is effective for relieving postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids patients and has less side effects.
