摘要
利用费伯特克系统测定大豆及其制品等高脂肪样品中粗纤维时，采用加入助滤剂和在消解前加入表面活性剂的方法，明显提高酸碱水解后过滤速度。大大地缩短测定时间。
The Feibertec M6 System, a quick method for determination of crude fibre,can be used for de- termining the content of crude fibre in such samples as soybean and soybean products, which are high in fact, by adding filter - aid and surface active agent into the testing samples before the samples are dissoci- ated. Meanwhile, the determination method can accelerate the filtering of samples and decrease the deter- mination time after the samples are treated with 1 .25% aqueous sulphuric acid and 1 .25% aqueous al- kal.
