肿瘤引流淋巴结在肿瘤免疫中的作用

摘要 肿瘤引流淋巴结（tumor-draining lymph node,TDLN）是肿瘤细胞沿淋巴管所能到达的淋巴结,是肿瘤免疫发生的部位,也是肿瘤诱导树突状细胞（dendritic cells,DC）首先迁移到的地方.在TDLN中随着免疫系统对肿瘤抗原的识别和致敏,产生的肿瘤特异性CD4＋T细胞和CD8＋T细胞,进入肿瘤灶协同杀灭肿瘤细胞.因此,TDLN是机体抗肿瘤免疫反应的开始和维持部位,也是机体免疫系统对肿瘤产生耐受的关键部位.
