摘要
探讨了用乙醇结晶分离水溶液中山梨糖醇的可行性 .研究证实 :乙醇能有效地结晶分离出水溶液中的山梨糖醇 ,在相当宽的范围内 ,可用方程 f =kln(v/vc)描述实验结果。该方法具有产品纯度高 ,能耗低等特点。
This paper deals with the possibility of crystalling and separating sorbitol from the aqueous solution by ethanol.It is proved that ethanol is effective for separating sorbitol from the aqueous solution.The experimental result can be described by the equation f=k ln (v/v c) for lager scope.The production purity of this method is high and consume of energy is little.
