摘要 企业不同阶段的发展需要科学的人力资源管理策略支撑。文章基于企业生命周期理论,从企业人力资源管理科学匹配方面,探讨不同生命周期阶段的员工与组织匹配策略如何促进企业可持续发展。 Enterprises at different stages of development need the support of scientific human resources management strategy. Based on the theory of corporate life cycle, this article discusses the strategy of fit of employee-organization in different life cycle stages from the perspective of the fit of human resource management, so as to promote enterprises sustainable development.
