摘要
研究了在微压电型打印机上,墨水的物化参数对打印性能和图像质量的影响,通过墨水不同的参数对比,比如粘度,含氧量,溶剂化作用等,与上机打印表现建立联系,找出影响打印稳定性能和图像质量的规律。通过上机对比打印流畅性和打印稳定性,说明粘度,含氧量必须要在打印机正常工作要求的范围内,才可以保证打印机能持续稳定的喷射。适合的溶剂化作用,粘度和表面张力等参数可以使墨水在介质上具有很高的图像质量。
The impacts of ink physicochemical performances on print performance and image quality of micro piezo printers were studied. The effects of different parameters at different value were experimented and some rules and some factors influencing printing quality were found out through practical printing. The outcome shows that the viscosity and oxygen content should be in the tolerated arrange of the printer in order to maintain the continuous and smoothly printing. The high printing quality on media can be obtained by controlling the values of such parameters as solvation, viscosity and surface tension.
