摘要 通过荧光光谱滴定法研究了脱叔丁基杯[4]芳烃与双甲脒之间的相互作用。实验表明在加入不同量的双甲脒后脱叔丁基[4]芳烃的荧光发生猝灭,由此建立了一种快速简便的测定双甲脒的方法,该方法的线性范围是1.00~60.0μg/mL,添加回收试验表明该方法可行。 The interaction between calix[4]arene and Amitraz was studied by the method of fluorescence spectrometry.It was found that the fluorescence intensity of calix[4]arene regularly decreased upon the addition of amitraz.A novel calix[4]arene-based fluorometic method has been developed for the rapid determination of amitraz with a good linearity in the concentration range between 1.00~60.0μg/mL.The recovery experiment results shows this method is feasible.
