摘要
研究了可重复使用的氯化稀土对甘油和冰醋酸反应的催化性能,讨论了催化剂量、醇酸比、反应时间等对反应收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。结果表明,单一氯化稀土和混合氯化稀土均具有很好的催化活性;工艺流程短,无设备腐蚀,产品色泽浅,酯化率高。
Triacetin was synthesitsed with mixed rare earth chlorides as catalyst. The catalytic activity ofrare earth chlorides that may be reproducible for estendcation reachon betwee glycerine and acetic acid was studied. The effect of reaction temperabe, amount of catalys, ratio of glyced and acetic acid on the vield of triacetinwas discued and a suitable technology was proposed. It was found that single or mixed are earth chlorides are allgood catalys for the synthesis of triacetin. The technology processe is characterized by simplicity、less facility corrosion and high esterification yield.
