酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗高血压的临床观察

Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探讨酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗高血压的疗效以及对心率、血糖、血脂的影响。方法:对52例高血压患者在原有降压药治疗8周以上基础上,加用酒石酸美托洛尔(25mg,bid),监测对比加用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗4周前、后坐位血压、动态血压平均值、心率、症状,治疗6个月前、后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血脂的水平。结果:联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗后,患者坐位血压、动态血压、心率均明显下降、症状缓解,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血糖、血脂无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:酒石酸美托洛尔为高选择性β1受体阻滞剂,具有良好降压和降低心率的作用,对血糖、血脂代谢无明显不良影响。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of metoprolol tartrate tablets in treatment of hypertension, and the effect on heart rate.glucose.lipid＆ Methods：52 cases of hypertension were added metoprolol tartrate tablets（25mg, bid） on the original depressors（had serviced at least 8 weeks）. Compare the changing of the blood pressure.the heart rate and the subjective symptom after 4 weeks, compare the changing of the fasting glucose（FPG）, the 2-hour postprandial glu- cose（2hPG）, the serum triglyeeride（TG）, the total cholesterol （TC）, the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-c）, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-e） after 6 months. Results.. After combining with metoprolol tartrate tab- lets, the blood pressure in sitting position, the average circadian SBP and DBP monitored with 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, the heart rate were all remarkably decreased（P〈0. 05）, the subjective symptom was also obvious- ly relieved（P〈0. 01）. There were no differences in the FPG, 2hPG. TG. TC. LDL-c. HDL-c（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Metoprolol tartrate appears to be a β1 selective blocker possessing a satisfactory effect on antihypertensive and reduce heart rate,without any adverse effect on glucose and lipids.
