摘要
目的:探讨超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用及疗效。方法:采用Seldinger技术行超选择性双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤患者17例,术后随访3个月～1年观察患者临床症状及子宫瘤体改变情况。结果:子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤可减少子宫肌瘤引起的月经量多,缓解贫血及痛经,缩小子宫及肌瘤体积,未出现严重的并发症。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective：To study the clinical application and effect of super selective arterial embolism therapy in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods：17 cases of hysteromyoma were treated by the method.The symptoms andvolume of the uterus and myoma were observed in the next year.Results：The volume of the uterus and myoma were diminution significantly,the menstrual cycle and menstrual blood Volume were normal arid anemia was improved.No severe complications were observed in thestudy.Conclusion：Uterine artery embolization is a safe and effective method for treating hysteromyoma.
