市、县尺度建筑能耗发展预测方法及应用

Prediction Method and Application for Building Energy Consumption Development of Prefecture-level and County-level Cities

建筑能耗发展预测是科学制定建筑节能工作目标、任务和政策措施的重要依据。本文在市、县尺度建筑节能专项规划的研究和实践工作基础上,结合可获取数据信息的实际条件,提出了该尺度下建筑能耗发展预测方法,并结合典型案例对常用节能技术和政策措施进行了效果分析,为该尺度下建筑节能专项规划提供方法和参考。

Prediction of building energy consumption development is the foundation for scientifically determining the building energy efficiency goals, tasks and policy measures. In this paper, based on the previous researches and practical experiences of building energy efficiency planning of prefecture-level and county-level cities, prediction method for building energy consumption development was proposed with the available information. Furthermore, a case study was given out to investigate the effects of common energy efficiency technologies and policy measures, which would provide references for building energy efficiency planning of prefecture-level and county-level cities.
