冷水机组现场能耗评估软件在建筑节能改造中的应用研究

摘要 能耗评估与能源计量是实现节能的基础。本文首先介绍了冷水机组现场能耗评估软件的功能及使用方法,通过记录冷水机组的运行工况,计算得出冷水机组实测COP,与额定状况下理论模拟推算COP进行对比分析,可以有针对性地进行节能改造。而后,针对工程实例对冷水机组进行了能耗评估并进一步发掘节能改造的空间。应用结果表明,此能耗评估软件对建筑节能改造的前期评估具有很好的指导作用。 Energy consumption evaluation and energy metering are the foundations for realizing energy conservation. In this paper, the functions and evaluation process of on-site energy consumption evaluation software for water chilling unit were introduced. In detail, the operation conditions of water chilling unit could be recorded during tests, and then the tested COPs could be calculated by the software and the results would be compared with the theoretical values. Based on the analysis, energy-saving retrofit measures could be determined appropriately. Furthermore, taking a real engineering project as the research object, the energy consumption evaluation of water chilling unit was presented and energy-saving potentials were given out. To sum up,this software could be considered as a useful guideline for building energy-saving retrofit.
