摘要
采用尿素包合法从花椒籽油中提取α-亚麻酸,使其中饱和脂肪酸与不饱和脂肪酸分离,从而提高不饱和脂肪酸的含量。通过正交试验考察了包合反应中混合脂肪酸(FFA)、尿素、95%乙醇的用量、包合温度、包合时间等因素对产物中α-亚麻酸含量的影响,确定了最佳的优化条件:混合脂肪酸(FFA)∶尿素∶乙醇=1∶3∶9,包合温度0℃,包合时间16h。通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对包合后脂肪酸成份进行了分析,发现包合后共检测出3种不饱和脂肪酸,使α-亚麻酸的相对含量由4.12%提高到15.74%。
In this paper,the separation process of α-linolenic acid from Pricklyash seed oil was studied,and the saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids were separated with Urea adduction,through which the content of unsaturated fatty acids was improved.The effect of factors such as operation temperature,adduction time,the ratio of Urea,ethanol and fatty acids was investigated with orthogonal experimental design method.The results showed that the optimum seperation conditions were the ratio of fatty acids(FFA)∶urea∶ethanol 1∶3∶9,the addution temperature 0℃,the addution time 16h.The constitutes of unsaturated fatty acids were analyzed by GC-MS after included,and there are three kinds of unsaturated fatty acids.The content of α-linolenic acid was improved from 4.12% to 15.74%.
