摘要
通过络合法制备了Ni基催化剂,考察了温度、压力、空速、反应时间因素对邻苯二甲酸二辛酯加氢生成环己烷1,2-二甲酸二辛酯反应的影响。结果表明:8.0MPa,180℃,0.5h-1是较优的实验条件,此时邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的加氢选择性可达99.2%。之后,寿命考察显示此催化剂具有很好的稳定性。这些研究为今后催化剂的工业应用提供了良好的基础。
The Ni - based catalyst was prepared by complexing method, and influence of temperature, pressure and space velocity on hydrogenation of dioctyl phthalate in preparation of dioctyl hexahydrophthalate was investigated. Experimental results showed, under optimal conditions: 8.0MPa, 180℃ ,0.5h^-1 ,that the hydrogenation selectivity of dioctyl phthalate could attain 99.2% ,and catalyst had a good stability. The study could provide a good base for catalyst application.
