The writer analysed the cause formation of threadbare on jacquard towel,pointed out two methods on decreasing the rate of threadbare,i.e,adjusting the operating condition of looms and adopting the re\|beaming warping.This paper emphatically introduced the reformation scheme of cone angle setting mechanism on warper.
