钢帘线最重要的性能之一是与橡胶的粘合性能,它是影响轮胎寿命的主要因素。粘合性能有两种表示方法,一是粘合力表示法,二是附胶率表示法,粘合力表示法有相应的等级判定,而附胶率表示法无相应的等级判定标准。依据大量实验,结合实际情况,制定了相应判定图谱。

The adhesion property to rubber is one of the most important properties of steel cord. It is the major factor affecting the life of tyre. There are two representations of adhension property ： one is adhesive force representation, the other is rubber coverage representation. There is a relevant grade judgement for adhesive force representation, but no one for rubber coverage representation. Therefore, we made a relevant judgement chart according to abundant experiments and practical facts.
