摘要
合成了SO2 -4/TiO2 Al2 O3 型固体超强酸 ,并将用于催化合成水杨酸异戊酯 ,确定了催化剂及水杨酸异戊酯合成的适宜工艺条件 :钛盐与铝盐摩尔比 1∶4 ,催化剂焙烧温度 50 0~ 60 0℃ ,催化剂用量 1.5g ,反应温度 195~ 2 0 0℃ ,反应时间 5~ 6h。用IR。
The solid superacid SO 2- 4/ TiO 2 Al 2O 3 was used in catalytic synthesis of isoamyl salicylate (IAS). The suitable conditions of preparation of the catalyst and synthesis of IAS were obtained: molar ratio of titanium sulfate to aluminum sulfate=1∶4, calcinations temperature=500 600?℃,weigh of the catalyst= 1.5?g , reaction temperation=195 200?℃ , reaction time=5 6?h. The relation between activity and structure of SO 2- 4/ TiO 2 Al 2O 3 catalyst was studied by IR 、XRD technique.
