This paper reports the study of artificially cultivatedsporphore on Tussah and the technique of deep fermentation of cordyceps militaris. Cordyceps militaris inoculated on tussah grow up many clusfer of sections, which are about 8.5cm in length. The content of Polysaccharide is (0.38 0.67)?g/100?g and the content of cordycepin is (0.2 0.3)?mg/100?g under a 30?L tank reactor by continued fermentation.
