This article reports the study of the mutagenic treatment of B.flavum, the character of APSm?533128, and the production of 30?t fermentation cylinder. APSm?533128 is obtained by using L-isdeucine as producing strain mutagenized with diethyl sulfate. The product of L-isdeucine shaked flask attains 2.8% to 3.0%. It providesthe good condition for L-isdeucine industry.
