木棉花总黄酮对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的影响 被引量:19

Effects of total flavonoids of Gossampinus malabarica Merr on the hepatic damage of immunity in mice

摘要 目的:研究木棉花总黄酮(TFG)对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用卡介苗(BCG)联合脂多糖(LPS)尾静脉注射小鼠,造成免疫性肝损伤模型,观察木棉花总黄酮对小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及肝组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响,并测定丙二醛(MDA)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)和肝微粒体一氧化氮(NO)的含量,HE染色观察肝组织病理学变化。结果:与模型对照组相比,木棉花总黄酮(TFG)能降低血清ALT、AST、LDH活性;降低肝微粒体NO含量和MDA含量;增加肝组织SOD、GSH-PX活性和GSH含量。能明显改善肝组织病理损伤程度。结论:木棉花总黄酮对小鼠免疫性肝损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与其抗氧自由基、抑制脂质过氧化作用有关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effects of total flavonoids of Gossampinus malabarica Merr on immunological liver injury in mice.METHODS The models of immunity liver injury were induced by BCG and LPS with the method of vena caudalis injection,The activities of AST,ALT and LDH in serum,the content of NO in hepatic microsome,the activities of SOD and GSH-PX,the contents of MDA and GSH were investigated.HE staining was used to examine the degree of hepatic injury.RESULTS Compared with model group,TFG could obviously reduce the activities of AST,ALT and LDH,the contents of NO and MDA were decreased.The activities of SOD and GSH-PX,and the content of GSH could be increased(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).The degree of hepatic injury could be lessened.CONCLUSION TFG has protective effect on immunity liver injury.The mechanism may be related to attenuating free radical and inhibiting the effect on lipid peroxidation.
