摘要
目的:研究纳米银凝胶对感染性烫伤创面的治疗作用。方法:将深Ⅱ度烫伤创面感染绿脓杆菌的大鼠随机分为5组:磺胺嘧啶银乳膏组、纳米银凝胶低、中、高剂量组、凝胶基质组,每组10只,记录创面面积、瘢痕面积,计算创面愈合率、瘢痕率以及进行组织病理学检查,考察创面愈合情况。结果:纳米银凝胶具有显著的抗感染和促进创面愈合的作用。结论:纳米银凝胶对感染性创面有抗感染和促进愈合的双重作用,作为皮肤外用抗感染药具有良好的开发前景。
OBJECTIVE Study on the therapeutical effect of nano silver gel to scalded surface of rats.METHODS Prepare the model of rats scalded to deep Ⅱ degrees,and the scalded surface was infected by aeruginosus Bacillus.The model rats were randomly divided into five groups: silver sulfadiazine cream group;gel base group;low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group of nano silver gel.And each group(n=10) should be recorded the wound area,scar area,calculate scar rate,healing rate,and have histopathological detection.RESULTS Nano silver gel has significant effects of anti-infection and promoting healing compared with silver sulfadiazine cream.CONCLUSION Nano silver gel has the effects of promoting healing and anti-infection,so it has good prospect in the treatment of burning,scalding and other surgical traumas.
