摘要
高校学术团队建设是一项复杂的系统工程,我国高校在学术团队建设上仍存在诸多问题。高校必须以提高教学质量为核心,凝练学科队伍建设为宗旨,培育优秀学术带头人为关键,构建高校学术团队建设的运行机制,不断促进高校学术的团队可持续发展。
Constructing university academic teams is a complicated and systematic project. Facing many problems in building academic teams, universities should give priority to improving teaching quality, optimizing academic teams, cultivating excellent academic leaders, setting up operation mechanism and constantly promoting sustainable development of academic teams.
