复方α-酮酸对糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者的疗效

Effectiveness of compound α-ketoacid tablets on diabetic nephropathy patients with peritoneal dialysis

目的:探讨复方α-酮酸对糖尿病合并慢性肾功能衰竭维持性腹膜透析患者的治疗效果。方法:58例糖尿病合并肾功能衰竭维持性腹膜透析患者,随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗情况下,口服复方α-酮酸制剂开同片,每次5片,tid,共观察12周,治疗前后分别测血肌酐、尿素氮及血清白蛋白、血红蛋白的水平。结果:2组治疗后各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组的白蛋白和血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05),复方α-酮酸治疗组患者的显效和总有效率高于对照组,复方α-酮酸治疗组患者治疗期间的血糖水平稳定,胰岛素使用量无增加。结论:糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭维持性腹膜透析的患者,在给予合理的营养支持及饮食结构调整后,应用常规药物加用复方α-酮酸治疗,可以改善患者的营养状况,改善残余肾脏功能,稳定血糖,提高疗效。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of compound α-ketoacid tablets in the diabetic nephropathy patients with peritoneal dialysis.METHODS 58 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was treated with common treatment and α-ketoacid tablets while the control group only received common treatment.Patients were treated for l2 weeks.The levels of serum creatinine,serum albumin and hemoglobin were measured before and after treatment.RESULTS The levels of serum creatinine、serum albumin and hemoglobin were improved after treatment（P〈0.05）,the levels of serum albumin and hemoglobin in treatment group were higher than these in control groups（P〈0.05）;The excellence rate and total effective rate were higher in these in treatment group,the residual renal function（RRF） levels was lower in control group than that in treatment group after treatment（P〈0.05）;The blood glucose level was stable during treatment in treatment group.CONCLUSION The compound α-ketoacid tablets can improve the nutritional status and blood glucose,and can protect residual renal function.
