摘要
利用电涡流传感器及位移信号采集系统对传感器的数据同步采集,并同时将位移信号转化为模拟的电压信号;模拟的电压信号通过A/D转化为数字信号,经数据LMS信号采集系统传给计算机,计算机通过Test.Lab Signature软件,对数据进行分析处理,对于研究高速电主轴的回转精度进行了测试技术方面的探讨,希望对电主轴的研究有一定的借鉴作用。
This has done a simultaneous acquisition by using eddy current displacement sensor and the sensor signal data acquisition system, while converting the displacement signal into an analog voltage signal; and ana- log voltage signal to digital signals by means of A/D, the data passed to the computer by LMS signal ac- quisition system, and then the computer will analysis and process all data with the help of Test. Lab Sig- nature soft-ware. All these above-mentioned have had a research and study on rotation accuracy of high -speed spindle and hope it would do a good to the spindle research.
