摘要
通过对深孔钻削加工方法的研究,提出了如何提高内孔对外圆同轴度的方法,阐述了带支承钻杆的正确布局型式;利用结构革新和数控技术研究设计了一种带支承的钻杆结构,提出了带支承的钻杆如何顺利通过钻杆支承架、授油器和加工工件,从根源上如何消除内孔对外圆同轴度误差的措施。
This article carried out research on machining method of the deephole drill machine, and put forward in- creasable method of coaxial degree of the inside bore and outward the circle, expounded the right layout type of supporting drill-bar ; the use of the construction reforms and CNC technique, a kind of support- ing drill-bar structure was researched and designed, put forward supporting drill-bar to pass drill-bar steady rest, the oil device and workpiece, error of coaxial degree of the inside bore and outward the cir- cle was eliminated in the source.
