加工中心主轴温升实验装置的设计

Design of machining center spindle temperature rise test device

为了检验主轴的制造和装配质量,利用实验装置模拟主轴实际工作状况进行温升测试,把温升数据采集下来输入计算机进行数据分析,绘制出主轴温升曲线图或图表,通过技术分析判定主轴的整体质量。

In order to test the manufacturing and assembly quality of the spindle, experiment device was used to simulate the actual working conditions of temperature rise of spindle test. The temperature rise data was collected and input into the computer for data analysis. Draw the spindle temperature rise curve graph or chart, and determine the overall quality of spindle through technical analysis.
