摘要
分析旋钮的五轴加工工艺,合理选用挖槽粗加工和五轴沿面精加工方法,对Mastercam X6的五轴刀轴控制方式及其关键参数进行了探讨,并在旋钮零件中进行合理的选择,生成五轴刀具轨迹。根据HASS五轴机床设置相应的后置处理程序,并经Vericut软件实体仿真,无干涉和碰撞,从而验证五轴后置处理和刀具路径的正确性,为五轴高效优质加工提供可靠的技术参考。
Analyzed the knob axis machining process, selected the reasonable trench roughing and five-axis along the surface finishing methods, then discussed the control modes and the key parameters of Mastercam X6's five-axis tool axis. This paper gave a reasonable choice to process the knob part, generated the five-axis tool path. Set the appropriate post-processing procedures by HASS five-axis machine tools, from physical simulation and software Vericut. There were no interference and collision, thus verify the five-axis post processing and the correctness of the tool path, and this provided reliable technical refer- ence for axis of efficient and high quality processing.
