摘要
本文综述原子光谱分析中应用的各种前处理方法,包括干法灰化法、湿法消化法、微波消解法、直接固体进样法、悬浮液进样法、稀释法与水浴蒸干法等在食品中有毒元素分析中的应用情况。此外,还介绍超声波辅助提取、同位素稀释法、紫外光解法等新方法的进展。引用文献56篇。
The sample pretreatment methods for the determination of toxic elements in food by Atomic spectrometry were reviewed,including dry ashing,wet digestion,microwave-assisted digestion,direct solid sampling,solid suspension sampling,simple dilution and evaporation.In addition,the progress of ultrasound-assisted extraction technique,isotope dilution method and ultraviolet photolysis was also discussed.
